You'll receive an email acknowledgement and if not, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@29-psp.org Ride requests submitted 48 hours or more, a volunteer dispatcher will review everything before scheduling a volunteer driver who will follow-up with you via text or phone call to confirm everything. For ride requests scheduled more than a week ahead, we will contact you about 5 days before your departure date.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact your driver immediately. Keeping 29-PSP informed of changes in your plans helps provide better service, saves money, volunteer's time, and eliminate unnecessary trips.
